This is an honor to write. I would like to thank Rico Leon of Fire & Hail Restoration for making the roof replacement process easy. He handled everything for me and relieved me of my worries. We found hail damage to our roof following our free no-hassle inspection. The insurance representative only visited once; Rico's team found all problems. When we replaced our roof, we couldn't get insurance coverage. One of our family members recommended Rico. Even though our insurance company refused to pay for the repairs, I found the job to be exceptional. As a result of Rico's dedication, our roof was successfully repaired and we only had to pay our deductible. In terms of roofing services, I would recommend Rico Leon without hesitation. It is such a pleasure for me to write this review. Our roof was replaced with ease thanks to Rico with Fire & Hail Restoration. By taking care of everything, he completely eliminated the stress. Our hail damage was discovered after my husband and I went through the free no-hassle inspection. Which wasn't surprising. A representative from our insurance company came out once and inspected it, but found no problems. A similar situation has happened to us before, which resulted in an out-of-pocket roof replacement. Using a referral from a family friend, we approached Rico. His work was so wonderful, even during a time when our insurance company wasn't willing to fix the roof. In the end, Rico worked hard and we only had to pay our deductible after he worked his tail off to replace the roof. Using Fire & Hail Restoration, I was able to restore my townhouse to its former glory. An intoxicated driver destroyed everything on the first floor of my townhome (everyone is fine). Throughout the entire house, everything had to be rebuilt, from the basement staircase to the second floor, along with the outside and interior walls, framed windows, and a gas fireplace... in short, the entire house had to be rebuilt. I am happy to say that after ten months I have been able to remove all the debris, ruined personal items, and hired an amazing cleaning crew. A very stressful process is made easier by Rico's patience, responsiveness, and kindness. As I went through one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life, he provided excellent service. I thank Rico as well as FH Water Restoration for their help!
